Location: Loudoun Valley High School – 340 N. Maple Avenue – Purcellville, VA 20132
Time: The event starts at 6:45pm, but attendees are encouraged to come early. Doors open and pre-program music starts at 6:30pm. The event will end around 8:30pm.
Featured Speaker: Dr. David Aikman – Dr. Aikman is a professor of history at Patrick Henry College and an award-winning print and broadcast journalist. Dr. Aikman worked for Time Magazine for 23 years, and was an eyewitness to many important world events. He is also an accomplished Christian author, and has authored a half-dozen books including a recent biography of Billy Graham, entitled “Billy Graham: His Life and Influence.” Check out his website at http://www.davidaikman.com/. Dr. Aikman will be discussing his life story, including his testimony and why he is here at PHC. He will hold a Q&A session after his remarks.
Music: Zachary Simmons, a Patrick Henry College student and member of the bluegrass band “Mountain Aires”, will be performing bluegrass music with several other students. Additionally, the PHC College Chorale is also performing classical and sacred choral music.
